Measure and Forecast Registry Corruption Results in Various Errors ("IllegalPositionName", "openDatabase failed", "UnexpectedCellType") (Doc ID 2014634.1)

Symptoms

An intermittent issue occurred and was exhibited by various errors being shown either when building workbooks (such as Forecast Approval or Forecast Delete), or when using copyDomain or loadHier.  The forecast registry and measure registry were getting corrupted.  The following are examples of errors that occurred:

   Attempting to open a Forecast Approval workbook or to delete a forecast may result in the following error:
   CancelWizardException: RpasBTreeException: RpasBTree::openDatabase failed, database '~/<local_domain>/data/fmaint1505170847.db' does not exist.

   Running copyDomain may fail with the following error:
   mapData caught Exception: RpasBTreeException: RpasBTree::openDatabase failed, database'~/<local_domain>/data/gbrt2015051708h47m0831.db' does not exist.

   Loading the product hierarchy may fail with the following error:
   UnexpectedCellType: An NA cell cannot be converted to a boolean type!
