All ASAP Events Such As "orderStartupEvent" And "orderCompleteEvent" Are Not Received Except "CreateOrderByValuResponse" (Doc ID 2015116.1)

Symptoms

When  performing Sanity tests, we are only receiving "createOrderByValueResponse " but "orderStartupEvent" and "orderCompleteEvent" are not received.

The SARM diagnostic file shows the following:

 

>> 122824.842:61:PROG:System Event             :1846:control/libcontrol/asc_io.c
ASAP System Event: UNIX_ERR
Internet Socket Connect: Socket: [238] Can't Connect to Host [<IP ADD>] Error: [245 Operation now in progress]
>> 122824.842:66:SANE:SRP Startup              :2628:sarm/sarm/sarm/srp_driver.c
Currently Unable to Connect to <JSRP_SERVER_NAME> SRP Server
