Problem Submitting Config Objects from PDC

Purpose
While submitting setup config objects (Impact Category, special day calendar, Zone Model, Balance element, and Service event Map) from the Pricing Design Center (PDC) Graphic User Interface (GUI), the config object goes to "saved state".
From Batch Rating Engine (BRE) log, the following error is seen for the each of the component:
