When scheduling a job to run once every 4 weeks, the job actually is submitted every week.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should run once every 4 weeks as scheduled.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Jobs > Schedule a job >On > pick one day > Repeat > Week > Every 4 weeks > no end
