EGRC 8.6.5.1616: After New Install or Upgrade, "Manage Application Datasources" Page is Not Showing Up. (Doc ID 2016321.1)

On: 8.6.5.1616 version, Application Access Contr. Gov.

After new install/upgrade to EGRC 8.6.5.1616, When attempting to access Manage Application Datasources Page,
the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Do a new install of EGRC 8.6.5.1616 or upgrade from EGRC 8.6.4 to EGRC 8.6.5.1616.
2. Login to Application.
3. Navigate to Manage Application Datasources page.
