Agent Name Is Not Updated For Promise-to-pay Actions (Doc ID 2018760.1)

Last updated on MAY 15, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management - Version 7.5.0.0.0 to 7.5.0.0.0 [Release 7.5.0]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

While creating Promise to Pay agreement, agent name is not captured in the P2P actions.

Due to this, it becomes difficult to identify which agent raised the P2P agreement and also the same does not appear in the Collections Center when actions are searched for agents in "Agents Task List" tab.

Even if you do not use Collections Center, and invoke P2P using the flist to call the PCM_OP_COLLECTIONS_INVOKE_PROMISE_TO_PAY opcode, then also in the promise to pay actions, the agent information is not populated.

The steps to reproduce:-

1) Create a customer
2) Process usage and bill the customer
3) Bring the account into collections by running pin_collections_process after the due date
4) Using agent login, Schedule P2P after any action.

Whenever P2P agreement is invoked, the agent information is not captured in the created actions.
