This document was provided to assist Background Processor System Administrator and System Analyst with solving problems experienced by the Background Processor.  It assumes the reader already has a working knowledge of the Work Management subsystem including the installation and configuration of Background Processor components and System Task server.  It also assumes the reader has a tool like Oracle SQL Developer and access to the MetaSolv Solution database.  Refer to the Oracle Communications MetaSolv Solution Installation Guide for information on installing the Background Processor client components.  Refer to the Oracle Communications MetaSolv Solution System Administrator’s Guide for administrative and configuration information for the Background Processor and System Task server.
