Convergence 3.0.1 Cannot Be Deployed On A Glassfish Cluster (Doc ID 2022606.1)

Symptoms

Convergence 3.0.1 cannot be deployed on a Glassfish (GF) cluster.  It is not possible to deploy Convergence on a Glassfish cluster because the config directory (/var/opt/sun/comms/iws) is missing on the remote node(s).
