Symptoms
On OFSAAI 7.3.3.2.0, after configuring Single Sign On (SSO) for use with OFSAA, when attempting to login through the SSO server, the following error occurs:
ERROR
[17174] User does not exist in the OFSAAI application. Please contact your System Administrator.
System users are able to successfully login directly from direct_login.jsp.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure OFSAA for SSO
2. Attempt to login
