Symptoms
All PMDA Periodic Reports are unable to be generated on Argus Safety 8.0.
If print a PMDA Periodic Report as Draft, the print job ends as Error state.
This symptom is observed for all PMDA Periodic Reports:
--PSR/ReSD
--JDSUR
--Seiyakukyo Line Listing
English Periodic Reports are able to be generated. (Print job ends as success.)
HOW TO REPEAT:
----------------------
1) Go to Reports > Periodic Reports > PSR.
2) Create a PSR.
3) Print the PSR as Draft.
4) Go to Reports > Compliance > Background Periodic Report Status.
5) Monitor the print job of PSR. ---> The print job ends as Error state.
