InstanceNotFoundException Error when Running OsmCompliance Tool (Doc ID 2022868.1)

Symptoms

Error InstanceNotFoundException is raised when executing osmCompliance() method for OSM 7.2.4.1.0 in a Cluster environment.

STEPS TO REPLICATE

1. Enter WLST interactive mode and connect to a server. The response message is Successfully connected to Admin Server 'SOM_AdminServer' that belongs to domain 'som_domain'.
2. Run osmCompliance()
3. The error
