Symptoms

On :  7.5.0.6.0 version, Rerating/Rebilling

Rerating fails due to "No rating products found" error.

Scenario

Comprehensive rerating keeps failing for few accounts with below error:

Steps to reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) For event poid: 0.0.0.1 /event/delayed/session/telco/gsm/test_data 1444142698427954603 0
2) Start date: Apr 28 15:16:53 2015
3) End date: Apr 28 17:16:54 2015
4) Processing date: Apr 29 at 10:00 am


Query

Why is rerating not able to use the products cancelled on Apr 28 at 3:47 pm to rerate the batch data usage while the batch rating pipeline was able to use the same products to rate the usage originally on Apr 29?
