Rerating Fails Due To "No rating products found" Error (Doc ID 2023926.1)

Symptoms

Comprehensive rerating keeps failing for few accounts with below error:


Steps to reproduce:

1. On Apr 22 create a subscriber with billing day of month (BDOM) as 23 with a usage plan
2. On Apr 23 run billing
3. On Apr 28 at 3:47 pm terminate the subscription (cancel products)
4. On Apr 29 at 10:00:28 am process a batch data usage starting on Apr 28 at 15:16:53 and ending on Apr 28 17:16:54
5. On May 1 run rerating


Why is rerating not able to use the products cancelled on Apr 28 at 3:47 pm to rerate the batch data usage while the batch rating pipeline was able to use the same products to rate the usage originally on Apr 29?
