Symptoms


On :  5.5.1 version, Install, Migration, Upgrade

When attempting to login on CCG 551 after installing it on Weblogic10.3.1
the following error occurs.

ERROR

No graphics are displayed on login page

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Start url http://xxxxxxxx.com:7003/ccg/ after installing UI on WLS.
