"A" and "B" Characters Printed in the ACS EDR "SN" Tag Instead of the Dialed "*" And "#"

This documents explains why, when dialed, the "*" or the "#" special characters are not printed as such in the ACS (Advanced Control Services) EDR (Event Data Record) "SN" (Service Number) tag.
