PDC BRETransformer Generating Duplicate Records in XML (Doc ID 2026661.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.0.6.0 version, Transformation for PDC

When attempting to run ./startRRETransformer, the following error occured:

STEPS
-----------------------
1.  Load pricing into PDC:

./ImportExportPricing -import -pricing intuit_pricing_all_reference.xml -ow

2.  From PDC GUI, submit the change set

3. ./startRRETransformer; ./startBRETransformer

The LoadIfwConfig logs show errors as above.
