Goal

On : BRM 7.3.1.0.0 version, Core Billing

Issue : Billing Performance is very slow on RAC configured system with single schema.

Details: For 500K customers, the time taken for billing to complete is about 10 hours. This is impacting business as the bill run is crossing the maintenance window timing and other business operations are impacted.
