When attempting to run Transaction Symchronization,
the following error occurs.

* Error Report For Locale - en_US
547 duplicated rows for attribute: [Attribute :].
1421 duplicated rows for attribute: [Attribute :].
Attribute: [Attribute :] has 2503 rows in raw, which is greater than the total row count from Berkeley: 1807.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Navigate to Setup and Administration > Manage Application Datasources.
2. Select the datasource.
3. Click on Actions > Synchronize Transaction.
4. Review job in Manage Jobs.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete Transaction Synchronization.
