Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version


We are upgrading from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.3. and we have an issue with starting MRP planning manager. When we try to start the Planning Manager, we see the following error:

ERROR

ORA-01403: no data found

FRM-40735: WHEN-BUTTON-PRESSED trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Start the Planning Manager
