Change Tracker Object Values page shows Header data but no details (Doc ID 2035308.1)

Symptoms

On :  5.5.1 version, Integra Apps

When attempting to view changes for FND 11.5.10 Order Management documents or Ap 11.5.10 Banks
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Only header information is displayed no details.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. CCG > Workbench >change tracker > fnd 11.5.10 > changes > Values
2. In Change Tracker Object Values page,press plus sign to see detail lines, nothing happens.

 

Note: In a normal am_mmddyyy.log file , you should see the following, APSChgTrkObjValuesAction and   getObjValDetInnerList as below.  This log section did not appear in customer's environment :
