ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Sales Order Missing in MDS after Load/Copy/Merge MDS
When Load/Copy/Merge MDS, some sales order will missing load in the MDS
Schedule, we expected all outstanding sales order should be load in the MDS
Schedule.
The parameter of Include Sales Orders is "All sales orders" and the Demand
Time Fence is "Load forecast outside demand time fence only".
If change the Demand Time Fence is "Ignore demand time fence", then the sales
order can be load in the MDS Schedule.
In addition, if ct set profile MRP:Debug Mode = 'Yes' then there is no issue.

Sales Order should be in MDS Schedule

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Load/Copy/Merge MDS
2. Check MDS Schedule
