PROBLEM STATEMENT:
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
When canceling a PSR with disconnect activity items, the item activity is switched to Change

Entering a Supplement to Cancel a PSR  order to  Disconnect Services causes all item activities to be switched to 'Change' from 'Disconnect'
This results in the order looking like a Canceled Change Order instead of a Canceled Disconnect Order.

At the design task, since the items are in 'Change' activity, the only option is 'Cancel Change' when we should be using the 'Cancel Disconnect' option.

Completing the process achieves the goal of canceling the order and leaving the items 'In Service', but the resulting order no longer looks correct since the item activities were updated.

STEPS
¯¯¯¯¯
a. Create a Disconnect order for a connection-based services
    » verify in the Service Request order window all the status of the level 2 products are moved to 'Disconnect'

b. Process the disco order up to completing the Design  Circuit task with Group Disconnect option.
    » verify the statuses of the connections in the Service Request Connections window shows  'D - Disconnection'

c. Enter a Supplement to Cancel for above disconnect order - Re-open the Design Circuit task
    »»  in the Service Request order window all the status of the level 2 products are moved to ... 'Change'

d. Go to the Services page for the order now
     »»  all items have had their activity switched to ‘Change’

e. Open the Design Task in Work Mgmt - Service Request Connections
    -  the status of all items moved to  'In Service'
          »»  As the task was not yet processed, the status should be 'Record Issued'

f. Process the Design Task
     »»  option 'Disconnect Change'  is greyed out and cannot be use.

g. Service Request Connections  -  Options  pick  'Cancel Changes'  -  MSS issues a message:
     'Do you want to cancel the previously installed circuits ?
      »»  Message is confusing in that it implies you are canceling the entire circuit.

h.  Service Request Connections  -  all connections are moved to status ‘K – Canceled'.

DESIRED BEHAVIOR
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
   •  The item activities should not be modified during the supplement;
   •  The design task should allow users to use the 'Cancel Disconnect' option to reverse the previously disconnected connections;
   •  The window presented during the cancellation of the design changes refers to 'canceling the circuit', when it should refer to 'canceling the changes to the circuit' that needs updates.
