Symptoms

On : 5.5.1 version, Integra Apps

When attempting to view any pdf log or report
the following error occurs.

ERROR

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: oracle/xdo/dataengine/v1/DataProcessor
at com.applimation.amplatform.api.report.obip.ObipAPI.generateReport(ObipAPI.java:152)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click Workbench, then CCG
Click Change Tracker, then Click Status.
2. Check am.log file for errors
