ASAP Is Sending Wrong OSS_API_CLIENT_ID Value In Order Complete Event (Doc ID 2038680.1)

Symptoms

ASAP was sending the wrong “OSS_API_CLIENT_ID" value as the order completion  response. The OSS_API_CLIENT_ID was set to 'mslv' instead of setting the correct value.
