Symptoms
After Patch 20974608 deployed, the following files are generated:
PortalBase_dir/sys/dm_oracle/data/create_procedures_UTF8.plb
PortalBase_dir/apps/pin_rel/pin_rel_updater_sp_oracle.plb
But, it gives error:
