Symptoms

For Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) infrastructure, when running a slice model upload, the upload fails with the following error in the Model Upload log from /<ftpshare>/<infodom>/logs:

STARTED MERGING THE DATABASE MODEL FILE FOR SLICED MODEL UPLOAD AT Thu Jun 25 20:22:51 IST 2015
ERWINUPLOAD ERROR..Model Upload Failed while handling Sliced Merge

The following error exists in the ETLService.log in $FIC_APP_HOME/common/FICServer/logs:

The errors prevent the model upload from completing.
