Pin_inv_doc_gen In Generated Mode Not Always Generating PDF Document

Goal
Using pin_inv_doc_gen for generating invoice using Bi Publisher. BRM version is 7.5 and BIP version is 11.1.1.7.0.
Customize the bursting queries to generate 6 files in the below order:
PDF,XLSX,XLSX,XLSX,XLSX,XLSX
The user found for each invoice, 6 records have been inserted into XMLP_INVOICE_JOB table in random order, but when user is extracting docgen script in generated option, some times it is generated PDF (Portable Document Format) and other times no PDF got generated.
Please suggest any resolution such that PDF invoice generation in generated mode will always work.
