On : 5.5.1 version, Oracle Configuration Controls Governor (CCG):patchset 20897396
CCG monitors setup data in business management applications. After applying the April patchset 20897396 to CCG 5.5.1 the following error is received when executing snapshot export to PDF and HTML.

1. Apply Patch 20897396
2. Navigate to Change Tracker
3. Export reports in PDF or HTML
4. The error above is seen
