On : 7.5.0.11.0 version, Invoicing
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :

PCM_OP_INV_DECODE_INVOICE_DATA is not giving error.User are expecting that PCM_OP_INV_DECODE_INVOICE_DATA will be able to decode the below constructed structure. However it is failing since the last field is NULL. When there is value in the last field decoding works fine.
