Existing case data does not blank-out or nullify by the follow-up ICSR import (Doc ID 2044882.1)

Goal

The data currently exists in the case. By the follow-up ICSR, the data (equivalent E2B) was blank or nullified.

Why doesn't the case data blank-out or nullify after the import?

For example:

The parent medical ongoing flag is checked in the case.

In the follow-up ICSR file, the data of the "parent medical ongoing" was blank (e.g., B.1.10.7.1d <parentmedicalcontinue></parentmedicalcontinue>).

After importing this ICSR file, the parent medical ongoing flag is still checked.
