Actual Behavior
Unable to get the baseline schedule of second level tasks using Agile API
The schedule of second level tasks always shows the latest schedule, not the baseline schedule.

Expected Behavior
Able to get the baseline schedule of second level tasks using Agile API

Steps
1. Login to Web Client
2. Create the following program/tasks:

PGM1 (Program)
 - TASK1 (first level task)
    baseline1 schedule : Jun 22 2015 - Jun 23 2015
    latest schedule    : Jun 22 2016 - Jun 23 2016
     - TASK11 (second level task)
        baseline1 schedule : Jun 22 2015 - Jun 23 2015
        latest schedule    : Jun 22 2016 - Jun 23 2016

3. Create the sample program to get the baseline schedule:

The result of TASK1(first level task) shows the correct baseline schedule, but the result of TASK11(second level task) shows the latest schedule
