Symptoms

When the Japanese patient note is empty (CASE_PAT_INFO.NOTE_J = NULL) in a case, if E2B Check is executed or E2B is tried to be generated,
B.1.7.2 is listed as Invalid Character on E2B Check Report and PMDA ICSR Validation Report.
