Symptoms
On : 5.5.1 version, Integra Apps
When attempting to create a snapshot
the following error occurs.
ERROR

Error 500 – Internal Server Error
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer protocol – HTTP/1.1
10.5.1.500 Internal Server Error
The Server Encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the CCG
2. CCG > Workbench > Definition >
3. Create a definition for an ERP Instance
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create a Snapshot for the configured ERP instance
