Goal

Resolve the following type of errors:

    Error Code 85017:CaValueValidateManager: CA value record being changed or deleted is not found.  CA: NNI/UNI Code; CaUsageId: 70; CaValueId: 31807094. PP:AT:BB: 51:25:230

    Error Code 85020:CaValueValidateManager: Single-value CA may not have more than one value. CA: In Service Upstream Bit Rate; CaUsageId: 100110; PP:AT:BB: 51:25:228

    Error Code 85012:CaValueValidateManager: caValueData is missing on CaUsageBaseData instance for CaUsageId: 112636. PP:AT:BB: 51:25:101905

    Error Code 85012:CaValueValidateManager: caValueData is missing on CaUsageBaseData instance for CaUsageId: 112635. PP:AT:BB: 51:25:101905
