Symptoms
In Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (NCC), no Charging Control Services (CCS) Event Data Record (EDR) is generated when a billing failure occurs during a billed session (voice or data).
The Mobile Subscriber Integrated Services Digital Network Number (MSISDN) is also being charged for this session.
