When I Try Do LDAP Import In CCB (Doc ID 2052516.1)

Goal

When doing LDAP import in Customer Care and Billing 2.4.0.2.0, the following error occurs:

spl.properties file has ouaf.xai.HTTPBasicAuthUser=SYSUSER and ouaf.xai.HTTPBasicAuthPassword=<ENCRYPTED PASSWORD> in it and when performing:

1. Go to the XAI Inbound Service page
2. Click on the search icon for Request XS

this works successfully. Why the difference?
