When doing LDAP import in Customer Care and Billing, the following error occurs:

  at com.splwg.base.xai.XAICallHelper$DefaultXaiCallStrategy.getResponse(
  at com.splwg.base.xai.XAICallHelper$DefaultXaiCallStrategy.performXAICall(
  at com.splwg.base.xai.XAICallHelper.callXAIServer(
  at com.splwg.base.xai.XAICallHelper.callXAIServer(
  at net.sf.cglib.proxy.MethodProxy.invokeSuper(
  at<generated>) file has ouaf.xai.HTTPBasicAuthUser=SYSUSER and ouaf.xai.HTTPBasicAuthPassword=<ENCRYPTED PASSWORD> in it and when performing:

1. Go to the XAI Inbound Service page
2. Click on the search icon for Request XS

this works successfully. Why the difference?
