Symptoms

Upgrade of OSM from version 7.2.4 to 7.3 failed
Below is an extract from the logs,

BUILD FAILED
/opt/OSM/Database/dbinstall/install/instplb.xml:47: oracle.communications.ordermanagement.install.db.plan.InstallActionException: com.mslv.install.db.util.DbManagerException: ORA-00955: name is already used by an existing object
sql: CREATE TABLE om_$install$plan(
