Policy Server Crashes With General Protection Fault At Startup (Doc ID 2057817.1)

Symptoms

This is a new installation of IPSA 7.2 being applied to Oracle Linux 6. The naming service starts but when CMAN attempts to start the policy server it crashes and the following error can be seen in the logs:

Sep 9 13:47:31 <HOST> kernel: traps: policy_server[35658] general protection ip:3055e75f9b sp:7ffe4cab4390 error:0 in libc-2.12.so[3055e00000+18a000]
