Goal

Customer using the OSM O2C PIP cartridge for our implementation.

This is regarding RootParentSalesOrderLineIdentification , InstalledProductIdentification are sent in the response to RCRM (Siebel) only when the MOLI(Main/Root Order line Item) status is complete.

The current O2C PIP code UpdateSalesOrderStatusFunction. Xqy has the logic to populate these fields only when the MOLI(Main/Root Order line Item) status is complete. Customer would like to understand the rationale behind this logic being build and any impacts foreseen to AIA or Siebel if the condition is removed and these fields are sent upstream for all the responses that are sent to upstream irrespective of the status.
