When attempting to view change tracking result for SYSADMIN 12.1
Object: System Profile Values
the following error occurs.
ERROR

Field default/profile/user/ site value has some error and select statement in it.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Deploy definition for SYSADMIN 12.1 Object: System Profile Values > Insert in EBS > change tracking transfer job
2. change tracking dashboard.
