On : 8.6.5 version, Business Objects
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The username which is displayed in a Transaction Incident Details Extract Report is different from the one who actually created the invoice in Oracle.
For example:
• The invoice number 12345 is displayed as created by User1.
• However, the invoice has been created by another user as per history record.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Report Management > CCM Result Management Reports.
2. Select the Transaction Incident Details Extract Report and run it for control a control.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see expected Created By Name data.
