PDC Discount Migration Issue With Complex Discount Rule (Doc ID 2061863.1)

Goal

On : 11.1.0.6.0 version, Migration for PDC

PDC Discount Migration is having issue with complex discount rules.

Customer has a bit complex expression in discount rules, for example :  

  (TotalC)*((1)-((9.99)/(14.99)))

  (TotalC)-((TotalQ)*((TotalC)/(13.99))*(9.99))

  (TotalC)-((TotalQ)*(-11.01))

  (TotalC)-((TotalQ)*(123.65))

Migration utility is throwing an error for these expression, however PDC accepts them if discount created in PDC UI (not migrated).
