Problem With Connection from ECE to NoSQL (Doc ID 2064703.1)

Goal

When starting Elastic Charging Engine(ECE), it throws the below error:

2015-09-22 13:19:19.851 CEST ERROR - - - - RatedEventPublisherMessagesBundle-24100: Invalid NoSQL configuration with store name ECE_PROD and connection string IP_Address:5000
oracle.kv.FaultException: Could not contact any RepNode at: [IP_Address:5000] (12.1.2.1.57)
Fault class name: oracle.kv.KVStoreException


NoSQL Datastore ECE_PROD is running on the server IP_Address, and it is possible to establish a connection between servers on port 5000 using telnet.

Why this error being thrown?
