Symptoms

On : 8.6.5 version, Installation

CCG Agent Username already exists or password is invalid

After staging EBS refresh, the ebs dataase sid, port , service names are all changed. When create a new ERP instance in CCG for the mentioned requirement below error could be found when configure the CCG Agen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Administrator > ERP Instances.
2. Create a new ERP instance.
3. Configure CCG Agent.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot configure CCG Agent for the ERP instance.
