INVDVDSD Does Not Appear To Honor Profile Option "MRP:Derive PO Supply Date From Need By Date" (Doc ID 2072193.1)

Goal

When the "MRP: Derive PO Supply date from need by date" profile is set to Yes, the date that appears in the INVDVDSD (View Item Supply/Demand form) does not appear to be derived from the Need by Date on the Purchase Order (we expect the date to be "Need By Date from the PO" + "Post-Processing-Lead Time" but that is not the case).  Why isn't the date derived from the Need By Date as expected?
