Symptoms
On : 7.5.0.11.0 version, Customer Center
When service status is changed from active ->inactive/close, the status is shown as 10102/10103 in numbers instead of string "inactive/closed".
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Remove the following entry in Modular.properties file:
2. Restart the Customer Center
3. Open an account, when service status is changed from active ->inactive/close the status is shown as 10102/10103 in numbers instead of string "inactive/closed".
