Goal

Qn1: Do we need to configure Pipeline even though we install and use ECE ?
 
Qn2: Do we need to install Discounting pipeline? Or install both Batch rating and Discounting/Realtime rating using ECE ?
 
Qn3: Why BRE transformation process required in case of ECE ?
 
Qn4: Why PDC installation is asking for Pipeline directory, though we mentioned its for ECE?
