Argus Safety Admin Password Change Is Throwing "Unknown Error 301200345"

Information in this document applies to any platform.
During the changing of the Admin account password, users reset the factory data and logged into Argus portal with admin user. The system requested an old and new password.
Even when providing the correct password, Argus produced the following error.
"Unknown error 301200345 please contact system administrator"
