EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Changes should reflect correctly in Query of change tracker

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  Create CT for  ZX Party Tax Objects(ZX used as an example - issue applies to any object)
2.  Do the changes in EBS
3. Click changes , then values for ZX toal changes are 15.
4. Create a query details of the query:
- Application: E-Business Tax 12.1 [ZX 12.1]
- Object: Party Tax Profile-Legal Entity
- Filters in object: All the fields belonging to the supplier related tables: AP_SUPPLIERS, AP_SUPPLIER_CONTACTS and AP_SUPPLIERS_SITES_ALL.
5. Total changes are listed as 4.
6. Click on 'values' and note change totals revert back to previous totals without the query filter having effect. Changes are 15 in value screen.
