Symptoms

No Intermediate Activity Status Updates are being created to send to CCB. Completions and Pickups are being sent to CCB.

M2-SNDACTSTA has been plugged into M2-Assignment.

We tried working a Task today Non-MDT in Debug Mode to see if the User Log has an error. It had something pertaining to an Alert (??), but M2-SNDACTSTA does not appear.

Error

ERROR (schema.rules.BusinessObjectStateTransitioner) BO M1-GeneralAlert Alert_Id(52070097111156) had status transition error transitioning from BusinessObjectStatusCode='WAIT USERACT' to null
