Customer receives "ORA-1017: invalid username/password" error when requesting ODM transactions

 Customer attempts to get ODM transactions via the Inform Adapter for a particular study, but "ORA-1017: invalid username/password" message is received.


 Has the study been moved to a new database server? if so, this could cause the issue if the Inform Adapter registration has not been updated.
